Who could ever forget the timeless comedy styles of good old Yakov Smirnoff?  Well everyone wishes they could at some time or another I’m sure but I do like to delve into the obscure once in a while that’s for sure. What isnt weird or obscure is the sightings of UFO’s by pilots no matter what nation that fly for or what nationality they are. Many Russian pilots and cosmonauts have gone on record as to what they have seen in the air over Russia and even near there late great MIR space station. MIR was one fantastic endeavor for the USSR back in the day and it was the first lab to hit orbit around the planet Earth to not come from the USA.

Cosmonaut Victor Afanasyev stated that he believes that someone or something has been visiting Earth that is of extraterrestrial origin.  In April of 1979 en route toward a space station he was followed while heading to dock. He stated that it was made of metal, narrow and it hade openings. This craft came very close to him and he got a great view of it. When he was returned to Earth he was told to not discuss this with anyone and all records of the incident has been lost.

Pavel Popovich stated that he himself had a sighting while ont he way back from Washington D.C on a delegation trip with other scientists. he stated that he was compelled to look out the side of the plane through his window and what he saw a perfect right triangle craft that was bright white in color. This craft was not detected by ground radar even though everyone on the plane could see it.

So, as you can see there are things being seen by other countries. All highly trained and reliable individuals that were put in the cockpit of the most advanced craft that man has to offer. There observations were held in the highest regard, which is one of the reasons why they are the best and most creditable witnesses anyone can ask for.
