Open Lines Night

Tonight at 9pm on the Mind Cemetery I will be hosting a rare event, Open Lines. It will be an interesting venture into getting the pulse of the listeners of the Mind Cemetery and what interests them most these days. I will also be open to any caller questions that may arise about me, my experiences and opinions.

No topic is off the table tonight so, come with your best story of contact with the paranormal, UFO’s, aliens, Bigfoot, conspiracies and anything else that you find weird and interesting that normally you don’t get to talk about at home.

No callers will be screened and you can give any name you wish to be identified as.

Be ready for questions from myself and the Paltalk Chatroom as this will not be a free pass to say anything without opposition. On the contrary, if you are especially off the rails on your own crazy train then I hope you have thick skin.

About Don Ray Walton

Don Ray Walton was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He was home-schooled until he was 16 because weird things always happened when he was around other children. In 1954, his mother was abducted by aliens and impregnated. Don was born the following year. When he was a child, strange visitors would take him onto spacecraft to examine him and teach him to understand what was happening to him as he grew older. At the age of ten, he learned how to use electricity to jam the aliens’ tracking implants in his head.

Thomas P. Archive: Why so Sirius?

This past Monday I had to call another audible and keep the drive alive. Our guest Don Walton did not pick up his phone on time and during the first hour Joe attempted to contact him a couple of times to no avail.  So, what did I decide to talk about for an hour? None other than one of my favorite jokers in the ufology field and with any luck a few of yours as well the always interesting Dr. Steven Greer.

His lasted monstrosity to be introduced into the swamp that is ufology a “documentary” called Sirius. I was able to watch it for free and hopefully if you decide to waste your time and watch this pile of crap you wont have to pay or it either. I gave my opinion and what I thought of it as a whole as well as the highly touted discovery and analysis of “Ata” the petrified fetus he pawns off as an extraterestrial.

The day after the release of the film you got to hear Greer, Paola Harris and Dr. Nolan on Coast to Coast AM. I have nothing positive to say about Paola, nothing. She siddles up to people like Greer and Hoagland so that should tell you where I stand with her and if you have functioning grey matter you should come close to the same conclusion. She gets all kind o lovely support from people who work with her but let’s be honest here, it’s a popularity contest and no one wants to be the one that “attacks” a woman in ufology… god forbid right? Dr. Nolan went on Coast and said for himself that it is and I quote “very very very very likely human”. This is the man who did the DNA research by the way. But, Greer went on to insist that it’s an anomaly and we don’t know where it cam from or how it got here wink, wink.

Anyway my commentary is colorful as usual and a fun listen on top of that as we walked through the train wreck that is Sirius and the subsequent whitewashing of its reception as a success, laughable spin control at its best.

Replay tonight! Sorry…. I blame Samsquanch!

Tonight unfortunatly I have to do the dreaded replay show. Our scheduled guest, Len Kasten had his original spot on Coast 2 Coast AM rescheduled due to the Boston Marathon bombing. Len was on top of it and contact me as soon as he could and hey lets face it, When you get rescheduled by Coast 2 Coast the same day you were scheduled to do The Mind Cemetery, you have to choose the one with 6 million listeners. :)  

Nothing wrong with that and I certainly cant blame the man, he did more than his part in contacting us and he will be on on 5-13-13. Just check the show calender page and youw ill find him in May.

The rebroadcast/replay tonight is a mystery to me, I am leaving that decision in the more than able hands of station founder Joe Montaldo.

This is a blessing in disguise because I had been promising several blog posts that include the archives of the Micah Hanks, Paul Kimball and Open Lines shows. I also have the first shred of documentation that I was interested in the topic of UFO’s and Aliens I need to take pics of and post.

Hang tight and thank you for bearing with me, as you know this is a one man show now so I have to keep up and stay up on top of these things before I get behind like this again.

This week it is looking like we will have a long time fan of the show on in the first hour to discuss his paranormal epiphany?  I’m not sure what to call his experience at this point but we will find out together. Jim Stein received his B.A. from Yale and his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a Professor of Mathematics at California State University in Long Beach, California. He has served as a consultant to educational and textbook review committees for Texas and California, and has worked on projects involving mathematics education for both the State of California and the National Science Foundation. He is the author of more than 30 research articles on mathematics and the co-author of textbooks on mathematics and strategic management, as well as several books on mathematics and science for the general public. He has served on state and nationwide panels on mathematics education, blogged for Psychology Today and the Huffington Post. It was during the writing of How Math Explains the World that he had the idea that led to his writing The Paranormal Equation. His background includes working on projects related to the moon landing in the 1960s and as a stock options trader during the 1980s.
