Bio:

Len Kasten has a B.A. degree from Cornell University, where he majored in psychology and minored in literature and philosophy. After graduating from Cornell he entered the U.S. Air Force Aviation Cadet program. While in the Air Force he experienced a UFO encounter that had a transformative effect on his life, although he didn’t realize it until a few years later. After serving in the Air Force he moved to Richmond, Virginia. On frequent trips to Virginia Beach, he spent a lot of time in the extensive New Age library at the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.), the organization founded by psychic Edgar Cayce, where he acquired a self-education in metaphysics. He then moved to Boston where he was introduced to Theosophy and joined the Boston Theosophical Society.

Then later, while working in Washington D.C. in the 1960s, he felt drawn to join the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP). NICAP was the most prestigious organization in the country investigating UFO phenomena. Len then moved to Hartford, Connecticut where he joined the American Philosopher Society. Upon the death of the founder, Cyril Benton, Len became the president of the society. In the 1980s, the APS, under Len’s leadership, commenced a program of weekly public lectures by prominent metaphysical and ufology researchers, writers, and leaders. While living in Connecticut Len became the editor of an early New Age publication, Metamorphosis Magazine co-founded with Gordon-Michael Scallion.

 

Len Kasten will be on for 2 hours talking about his latest release: Secret Journey to Planet Serpo. It is a story about 12 people involved in an exchange program with extraterrestrials similar to the end scene from close encounters of the third kind.

In the beginning of this episode you get to hear my opinion of the citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure that wrapped up last week. I also gave my 2 cents about Steven Bassett, Steven Greer, Lind Moulton Howe, John Burroughs, Jim Penniston, Paola Harris and all the other “researchers” that were trotted out and put up before a committee that was bought and paid for to sit and listen to a circus sideshow. See, that’s the version of disclosure that Bassett and Greer want you to believe in, support and even tout them as hero’s of all things! This is laughable to you me and anyone else with a working brain of course. This whole stunt, sideshow is nothing more that a publicity stunt for the greater good of the wallets of known scam artists.

One of the worst things has been the use of an elderly man’s testimony about how he was at S4/Area 51. How he saw UFO’s and even got to visit with a Grey alien that was alive. NOTHING that this man had to say was new! but to have the rest of ufology tell I he was the second coming of E.T.! You know, the one with the glowing finger. It’s a shame really, I too was excited to hear new information. But, alas all we heard was the rehashing of the Bob Lazar story.

Now on to the good stuff: Thomas Fusco

During his return trip we discussed the ideas and theories that he presents in his thought-provoking book titled Behind the Cosmic Veil: A New Vision of Reality Merging Science, the Spiritual and the Supernatural. Take the time to listen to this episode and you may have to do it a few times to fully understand a lot of what Tom had to say and try to relate to the listeners. It really is all about supergeometry, gravity manipulation and a few other things when it comes to attempting to explain paranormal activity and the UFO phenomena.

I’m not talking about an explanation for what it all is but more so about how it all happens.

How does a spirit/ghost materialize and what exactly are you looking at when it does?

How does that UFO get here?

What do people really mean when they say interdemensional?

All very interesting and what should be the root of the investigative process into all things unexplained.

Archive: Why so Sirius?

This past Monday I had to call another audible and keep the drive alive. Our guest Don Walton did not pick up his phone on time and during the first hour Joe attempted to contact him a couple of times to no avail.  So, what did I decide to talk about for an hour? None other than one of my favorite jokers in the ufology field and with any luck a few of yours as well the always interesting Dr. Steven Greer.

His lasted monstrosity to be introduced into the swamp that is ufology a “documentary” called Sirius. I was able to watch it for free and hopefully if you decide to waste your time and watch this pile of crap you wont have to pay or it either. I gave my opinion and what I thought of it as a whole as well as the highly touted discovery and analysis of “Ata” the petrified fetus he pawns off as an extraterestrial.

The day after the release of the film you got to hear Greer, Paola Harris and Dr. Nolan on Coast to Coast AM. I have nothing positive to say about Paola, nothing. She siddles up to people like Greer and Hoagland so that should tell you where I stand with her and if you have functioning grey matter you should come close to the same conclusion. She gets all kind o lovely support from people who work with her but let’s be honest here, it’s a popularity contest and no one wants to be the one that “attacks” a woman in ufology… god forbid right? Dr. Nolan went on Coast and said for himself that it is and I quote “very very very very likely human”. This is the man who did the DNA research by the way. But, Greer went on to insist that it’s an anomaly and we don’t know where it cam from or how it got here wink, wink.

Anyway my commentary is colorful as usual and a fun listen on top of that as we walked through the train wreck that is Sirius and the subsequent whitewashing of its reception as a success, laughable spin control at its best.

About Don Ray Walton

Don Ray Walton was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He was home-schooled until he was 16 because weird things always happened when he was around other children. In 1954, his mother was abducted by aliens and impregnated. Don was born the following year. When he was a child, strange visitors would take him onto spacecraft to examine him and teach him to understand what was happening to him as he grew older. At the age of ten, he learned how to use electricity to jam the aliens’ tracking implants in his head.

Jim Stein received his B.A. from Yale and his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a Professor of Mathematics at California State University in Long Beach, California. He has served as a consultant to educational and textbook review committees for Texas and California, and has worked on projects involving mathematics education for both the State of California and the National Science Foundation. He is the author of more than 30 research articles on mathematics and the co-author of textbooks on mathematics and strategic management, as well as several books on mathematics and science for the general public. He has served on state and nationwide panels on mathematics education, blogged for Psychology Today and the Huffington Post. It was during the writing of How Math Explains the World that he had the idea that led to his writing The Paranormal Equation. His background includes working on projects related to the moon landing in the 1960s and as a stock options trader during the 1980s.

Robert is the author of the popular , controversial and always informative blog Beyond Highbrow. He started out with little to no interest in blogging on the subject of Bigfoot or as may like to call the famous cryptid Sasquatch. But, he branched out and quickly became one of the most influential Sasquatch bloggers on the internet.  Archive: Chip Returns Talking UFO Confrence’s, Dr. Steven Greer, James Randi, Abductions, Jason ICAR Director for the USA calls in and it gets weird!

 Well it doesn’t get any more simple than that. The tittle is what it is. Of course we get into a few of the conferences un Arizona and one coming up in Florida. The James Randi male prostitute solicitation tape…. or was it? I found out that it may not be what it seems and that it could actually be a clever plot! When It comes to Greer… well we talked about how he’s a joke and begged for more money after he got all the money he wanted on kickstarter for his movie about god knows what. Scam anyone much?

The DIrector for ICAR in the United States called in! Jason is a regular listener and we talked a bit about abductions, interview techniques. I keep telling my own experiences to people who investigate this sort of subject to see if I’m full of crap or what, either way every time I come closer to an answer and it’s worse than knowing that I’m crazy.  At that can be fixed by medication or a lobotomy right? LOL

 So, in closing we had a blast I was on solo and it went well. We rescheduled Oldest City Paranormal for 5-20-13, updated the calendar and all will be well soon.
