This past Monday there was a huge milestone in alien abduction research and for Ufology as a whole. On 9-19-11 it was the 5oth anniversary of the Betty and barney Hill abduction case. What does this case mean to Ufology and what did this case do to change the conciseness of the world? Well this is the first case of an abduction that could be researched in the modern era. Legendary Ufologist and researcher Stanton Freidman was one of the first people to speak with the Hill’s and get the story first hand. Along with the Hill’s niece Kathleen Marden, they together have published a book, Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience: The True Story of the World’s First Documented Alien Abduction and spoken at numerous UFO conferences across the world telling the fantastic story of this Portsmouth, New Hampshire couple.
The couple was traveling down highway 3 near Lincoln, NH when they noticed a UFO in the air. It wasnt too long after that the craft was near enough to make the car stop, and a few grey alien type beings began to take them into their craft. While in the craft we were told about the examination process and actually got to see a diagram on where the Grey’s are saying they are from, the star known as Zeta Reticuli. A fantastic diagram of the star system was produced by the HIll’s and offered up for much investigation and int he end yes, this star system exists and the diagram is correct. This just scratches the surface of the story as a whole and hopefully it will spark your interest in learning about the founding case for all alien abduction research.
