The Last Live Show Ever!

Year In Review 2012

Tonight we have our second year in review show as we call it quits for 2012. This year brought in a lot of changes for the Mind Cemetery and for us personally. We will cover our best and worst of the year, our favorite guests and our least favorite ones.  For the most part we try to keep our disappointments and displeasure with guests private but in the spirit of Festivus we will air our grievances tonight.

This God awful picture comes to us courtesy of the San Antonio chapter of MUFON if anyone was wondering. I went out and tried to find a really shitty and tacky picture: Mission Accomplished!

Open Lines all night, special guest Psychic/Medium Chris George will pop in for an hour or so to shoot the breeze and take callers questions.

We will also talk about how to survive 12-21-12 with a special segment called Nicole eats an MRE and loads a shotgun for the first time.

We continue our series of extraordinary guests this week with yet another of my personal favorites. I am glad to have him come on the show and share with us about his latest book The World’s Strangest Places. This is another in a long line of great books by Nick. The best part about his books is that you don’t need to read any of his previous books to jump right into a subject and start to learn instantly about any of the multiple topics that he covers and he does cover most of the subjects listeners of this and many other shows just like ours enjoy hearing about.

Nick works full-time as an author, lecturer and journalist. The topics he covers include: Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, Alien encounters, UFOs and Conspiracies.

For those of you who do not know about H.P Lovecraft then you will be in for a treat as we delve into the history of one of the most fascinating authors from the turn of the last century as well as his works that involve Cthulhu.

But wait there’s more! We will also talk about Nicole’s favorite topic of Vampires and Zombies along with some insight on his new work coming soon to a brick and mortar store near you that covers another very hot topic of the day: Werewolves.

Tonight we have another great author from Inner Traditions joining us by the name of Earl Lee. His latest book titled From the Bodies of he Gods: Psychoactive Plants and the Cults of the Dead will be discussed and we will also hit on his previous works which include a favorite of Nicole’s… Vampires and specifically Dracula.

Earl Lee is a professor at Pittsburg State University and the author of several books, including Raptured,Drakulya, and Libraries in the Age of Mediocrity. He lives in Pittsburg, Kansas.

Earl was also a guest on Coast to Coast back in may fo this year so you can catch him on the archives there if you are a Coast Insider.

Paranormal news and Controversy….as usual

Tonight at 9pm eastern Nicole will return to the airwaves for another week of paranormal news and controversial topics. This week we will talk about Nick Pope former MoD administrators recent news, Richard Dolan and his run in with Andrew Basiagio and if we have a little luck a very special guest form my hometown will join us to talk about a recent sighting and video he recorded of a possible UFO over the skies of beautiful Chesterton Indiana.

As always we will cover most of the other topics that have come across the paranormal wire we monitor. Little bit of Falling Skies talk, Walking Dead talk, Mermaids? and even hit on the Chasing UFO’s show on NatGeo that is getting a lot of flack lately.

This week we will be doing our Carolina Hauntings Apparitions and Poltergeist Society wrap-up show with presenter Jon Michael. Jon has been a member of the group for as long as we have been going at least. He also  has an extensive investigative background with his own group before joining the CHAPS group. I think Nicole will like his approach because as with most good researchers he has a hard time jumping to the conclusion of any activity being a “ghost”. I am also a big fan of his approach to how people front load EVP’s and misinterpret data as being paranormal. He will be joining us int he first hour along with Nikki, a co-founder of the group, to tell us what exactly they are all about on the second Tuesday of every month and the parent investigative group NSPIR.

Of course this week we will have much more arguing between Nicole and I about topic’s that have come up in the world of paranormal, UFO’s, the season premier of Falling Skies was this week! and all around strangeness.

K.W.Kesler was born in Ohio, has obtained degrees and certificates in Broadcasting, Communications, Parapsychology and Metaphysics, and he has worked for a variety of institutions and museums. He is known for his work in de-bunking a wide assortment of paranormal incidents and claims “common sense always is the best resolution to help in doing so.” He currently lives with his wife and daughter in Central Ohio and passes time by investigating paranormal incidents around the State and Country.

Archive: CHAPS review and Paranormal News

In this months CHAPS meet-up there was an open mic night. Nicole and I shared a few paranormal experiences of our own. In the process of that conversation we had a full on belief structure showdown.  Finally, we get Nicole to admit she is not even a skeptic really, by classic definition. What we have here is a full blown denialist.  In the truest form of the word: Existential.

This episode the chat room was alive and kicking for sure, a lot of great questions given to your hosts this episode.  Thank You. Thanks to Trice and Stefanie for joining us tonight as well. They are hosts for 2 of the best shows on the UFO Paranormal Radio Network , A Global Focus Friday’s at 11pm eastern and Second Sight NYC .

We finally discussed on the air our Tweetfest with none other than Matt Moneymaker himself of the BFRO. take a listen and see what all the hoopla was about from Matt and why he didn’t like our interpretation of the Michigan tracker snubbing. Oh wait! That’s what all the hoopla was about, we called it a snubbing.  Over is over and on to the next one I guess because your two favorite ”paranormal idiots” sorted it out real nice and simple. If you ever have a chance to go Bigfoot Hunting then they are the people to see, one of the biggest organizations that help people hone the skills to find Bigfoot in there neck of the woods.

We talked about the new picture of what looks like a Monolith on Mars that was released. RC Hoaggie is just tickled that this was release because you know of course this is proof that cat people are living on Mars as remnants of an ancient mars civilization that once…. oh FUCK ME you get the point! :)

We talked about the Russian Plasma UFO that had people baffled in St. Petersburg. Needless to say the local authorities are no commenting on the video of an orb in the skies.

lastly, we even got to slip in a UFONUT.com comment or two. first we mentioned that Openminds.tv released a new video of Chuck talking about why he was forced to resign from the Sheriff’s Dept. as a volunteer. All over a cattle mutilation and how to charge an animal with cruelty to an animal all to close/ cover-up a case. earlier in the episode I referenced him in an answer on how to go about new techniques for investigating paranormal activity.
