Open Lines Night

Tonight at 9pm on the Mind Cemetery I will be hosting a rare event, Open Lines. It will be an interesting venture into getting the pulse of the listeners of the Mind Cemetery and what interests them most these days. I will also be open to any caller questions that may arise about me, my experiences and opinions.

No topic is off the table tonight so, come with your best story of contact with the paranormal, UFO’s, aliens, Bigfoot, conspiracies and anything else that you find weird and interesting that normally you don’t get to talk about at home.

No callers will be screened and you can give any name you wish to be identified as.

Be ready for questions from myself and the Paltalk Chatroom as this will not be a free pass to say anything without opposition. On the contrary, if you are especially off the rails on your own crazy train then I hope you have thick skin.

About Don Ray Walton

Don Ray Walton was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He was home-schooled until he was 16 because weird things always happened when he was around other children. In 1954, his mother was abducted by aliens and impregnated. Don was born the following year. When he was a child, strange visitors would take him onto spacecraft to examine him and teach him to understand what was happening to him as he grew older. At the age of ten, he learned how to use electricity to jam the aliens’ tracking implants in his head.

Bio:

Len Kasten has a B.A. degree from Cornell University, where he majored in psychology and minored in literature and philosophy. After graduating from Cornell he entered the U.S. Air Force Aviation Cadet program. While in the Air Force he experienced a UFO encounter that had a transformative effect on his life, although he didn’t realize it until a few years later. After serving in the Air Force he moved to Richmond, Virginia. On frequent trips to Virginia Beach, he spent a lot of time in the extensive New Age library at the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.), the organization founded by psychic Edgar Cayce, where he acquired a self-education in metaphysics. He then moved to Boston where he was introduced to Theosophy and joined the Boston Theosophical Society.

Then later, while working in Washington D.C. in the 1960s, he felt drawn to join the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP). NICAP was the most prestigious organization in the country investigating UFO phenomena. Len then moved to Hartford, Connecticut where he joined the American Philosopher Society. Upon the death of the founder, Cyril Benton, Len became the president of the society. In the 1980s, the APS, under Len’s leadership, commenced a program of weekly public lectures by prominent metaphysical and ufology researchers, writers, and leaders. While living in Connecticut Len became the editor of an early New Age publication, Metamorphosis Magazine co-founded with Gordon-Michael Scallion.

 

Len Kasten will be on for 2 hours talking about his latest release: Secret Journey to Planet Serpo. It is a story about 12 people involved in an exchange program with extraterrestrials similar to the end scene from close encounters of the third kind.

Archive: Why so Sirius?

This past Monday I had to call another audible and keep the drive alive. Our guest Don Walton did not pick up his phone on time and during the first hour Joe attempted to contact him a couple of times to no avail.  So, what did I decide to talk about for an hour? None other than one of my favorite jokers in the ufology field and with any luck a few of yours as well the always interesting Dr. Steven Greer.

His lasted monstrosity to be introduced into the swamp that is ufology a “documentary” called Sirius. I was able to watch it for free and hopefully if you decide to waste your time and watch this pile of crap you wont have to pay or it either. I gave my opinion and what I thought of it as a whole as well as the highly touted discovery and analysis of “Ata” the petrified fetus he pawns off as an extraterestrial.

The day after the release of the film you got to hear Greer, Paola Harris and Dr. Nolan on Coast to Coast AM. I have nothing positive to say about Paola, nothing. She siddles up to people like Greer and Hoagland so that should tell you where I stand with her and if you have functioning grey matter you should come close to the same conclusion. She gets all kind o lovely support from people who work with her but let’s be honest here, it’s a popularity contest and no one wants to be the one that “attacks” a woman in ufology… god forbid right? Dr. Nolan went on Coast and said for himself that it is and I quote “very very very very likely human”. This is the man who did the DNA research by the way. But, Greer went on to insist that it’s an anomaly and we don’t know where it cam from or how it got here wink, wink.

Anyway my commentary is colorful as usual and a fun listen on top of that as we walked through the train wreck that is Sirius and the subsequent whitewashing of its reception as a success, laughable spin control at its best.

Tonight we have our monthly open lines show where you the listener can call in and talk with me and the rest of your fellow listeners. This week it is looking like we will have a long time fan of the show on in the first hour to discuss his paranormal epiphany?  I’m not sure what to call his experience at this point but we will find out together. As always you can call up the show and drop in your 2 cents or just shoot the breeze about any of the paranormal news and current event topics.

Andy helped explain his new take on an old favorite of the cryptozoology world: Bigfoot. What could be new you ask? Well think of it like this. What if Bigfoot wasn’t real?
